Bwahahaha!
Sep. 18th, 2001 01:17 pmI've been at work for a while here, and I'm in the midst of outfitting my newly souped-up machine with the necessary applications. Wheee!
I'm trying to think of something to make for dinner tonight. I thought of making some nice breaded chicken breasts, but I feel like having a more flavourful coating than just plain breadcrumbs. I could do mustard with the breadcrumbs, but I'm trying to think of something else a little more... something. I dunno. Any ideas?

Date: 2001-09-18 03:03 pm (UTC)Beat an egg into a soup bowl, and put flour in a separate soup bowl
Coat each chicken breast in first flour, then egg and lay them on your baking sheet.
Shake garlic powder onto them (lots) and then a fine coat of seasoning salt. Flip over and repeat on the other side.
Set the oven to broil and slide the chicken breasts in.
Depending on your oven, it should take somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes for them to cook. Keep an eye on them just in case.
et voila! The juiciest chicken breast you've ever had ^_^

Date: 2001-09-18 08:49 pm (UTC)well, if you turn the heat of your oven way up and stick the chicken inside, it should be ok
Just keep an eye on it to make sure it won't burn or overcook
