I'm trying to think of something to make for dinner tonight. I thought of making some nice breaded chicken breasts, but I feel like having a more flavourful coating than just plain breadcrumbs. I could do mustard with the breadcrumbs, but I'm trying to think of something else a little more... something. I dunno. Any ideas?

Just keep an eye on it to make sure it won't burn or overcook
