I got a lot of sleep last night. Probably too much, in retrospect.

Mara is giving me nostalgia feelings! I have a bunch of stuff in my old directories that I reeeally wanna go through now. ::rotfl:: But I gotta go to work, so maybe later.

Man, do I have a headache. It feels vaguely like a sinus headache, but I'm not 100% certain. Possibilities: 1) It's a too-much-sleep headache, or 2) Cory passed his illness on to me before he left. ::sigh::

Here's one for ya:

What kind of yahoo came up with the wording on all the standardized warning signs? A lot of it can be very open to misinterpretation. For instance, I know that when *I* was a wee tyke, when I saw "IN CASE OF FIRE USE STAIRS" posted in the elevator, I thought it meant that we should use the stairs all the time, just in case there might be a fire. Wouldn't "If there is a fire" be more straightforward than "In case of fire"?

And I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've heard the Slow (as in retarded) Children joke whenever there's a "SLOW Children at Play" sign nearby. A little punctuation would do wonders.

I have a couple more hours at work. my headache is subsiding, to some extent. I should find something to do tonight though, that'd rock.

This University is so slow. I wrote them a phatty check to pay off my account, but for some reason there's still a hold on my account. I wanna add an Aikido class, damnit. It's one lousy credit, people! What's the big deal? There shouldn't even *be* a hold anyway!

And for monkey's sake, I want my Art History grade! >_< I've known my Survey grade for several days now, what's the holdup on Art History?

So I'm talking to Bossness and telling her about Kyuu's e-mail and how her parents are asking all these questions about us. I'm not at all surprised, since my parents did about the same thing when I wanted to go to Canada two summers ago to visit with Susan and Lissa. I'm curious as to whether or not Kyuu will mention my bizarro-Three's-Company living arrangement to her parents. ::rotfl::

Anyways, I'm going to leave the office soonish, and hopefully find something to do this evening.
