batskeetsToday was pretty nice, even though I didn't really go anywhere, and I also woke up feeling like crap. My bod's still a bit weakened, and the medications I'm taking tend to make me a bit loopy, and I've still got the nasty bronchitis cough. BUT in spite of that, I got a lot done (and all from the comfort of my own comfy leather chair!), which feels really fabulous after all the sitting around on my arse this past week.
I put together a new design for my other boss today... hopefully he'll like it. I think it's pretty sweet--simple and attractive, without a lot of extraneous bells and whistles. And I also made some pages to go with the current site, in the meantime... all in all, I spent like 6 hours working on this stuff, so that's $60 in my pocket. Yay! Maybe I'll have some extra money next month after all. :)
I also wrote a long and probably unneccessary article for The Negotiator about all the scary Cartoon Network happenings. Hopefully people will take action from my words! Ha, maybe. ;p
Somewhere in between working for OutWest and doing stuff for the Negotiator, I took time out to grab dinner and watch Sneakers with Cory and Alicia. That movie rules... it had been far too long since I'd last seen it.
Tomorrow I (hopefully) recover some hours at Journalism, so it's time for me to load up on ye olde codeine cough syrup and go to bed. ::coughhack:: G'night!
