1.Your LiveJournal "user name": skeets
Explain what it means: My handle has been Skeeter since 1995, and it got shortened and dinked with over the years into stuff like Skeeterino, Batskeets, Skeetsicle, etc. Skeets was just the easy one.
2. The "name" that you chose to use (if not your USER name): It's my real name. Duh. I used to be obsessive about revealing my name on the Internet, but I've since stopped caring.
Explain what it means: Um, Sarah means "princess"? ::lol::
3. Explain how you picked / why you selected the user picture(s) that you have?

5. Why do you have a Journal page? Do you have a Journal page for yourself, your friends, strangers to know you, and/or everyone? It was originally for me, but lately it's become kind of for my friends too, because we can keep up with each other now that we're all joining LJ.
6. Why did you pick LiveJournal (LJ) over another service or handwriting? I knew/knew of Brad, and happened to stumble upon it in its early days, and thought it was a cool idea. I had a Scribble journal but I've been using it less and less over time since I got my LJ. And I'm testing Blogger right now, but so far I'm not that impressed with it. LJ just serves my needs really well. Oh yeah, and I like typing *much* better than handwriting. I have a much better chance of keeping up with my train of thought when I am typing at 70+ WPM.
7. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) how well does your LiveJournal represent who you actually are? Uhm, probably an 8 or 9. I like to think I'm open and honest.
8. How do you think your LJ represents you the most; factually (includes daily routine),emotionally, intellectually, sexually, religiously, or artistically? Very much factually, but also emotionally and intellectually. I'm still relegating the really artistic stuff to my personal site.
9. How much about your life do you post to LJ? Is there anything you refuse to post about? I post pretty much everything. I don't generally post about people's sexual activities, or lack thereof as the case may be. (That includes my own) The most I'd probably ever mention is a kiss. It's just not something people probably want to hear about.
10. On a scale of 1-10 how interesting do you think your own journal is to others? LOL! Probably like, 5. It's pretty bland, but I've seen worse.
11. From who / how did you find out about LJ? Brad, or more specifically, his web site.
12. Has anyone ever joined LJ because of you? LOL! I can probably claim at least a little influence in the decision for Megs, Dynee, Grant, Prairie, Jess, Kit, Kine, Kristine, Nora, Meredith, Elaine, Amer, Steely!Dan, Mara, Miranda, Safox, James, Wednesday, and Nikki. Some of these people didn't hear about LJ from me, but they heard about it from people that were originally told about LJ by me.
13. How long have you been a member of LJ? Since 5/25/99
14. How often do you post to LJ? It depends on the day... probably 5-10 times a day during the week, once or twice a day on the weekends.
15. What proportion of your posts are friends only? The "webcam is on" posts used to be friends only, but I've since made the webcam public, so I guess none of my posts are friends only.
16. What is your FAVORITE interest on LJ (no more than 5 please - Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Anime, The Big O, Star Trek, and Cheese. :D
17. What is your favorite community on LJ? That's a tough one... it's a dead heat between powerpuffs, anime, and sunnydale. survivors is great too when the show's actually running, and I have high hopes for thebigo too! (I just created it yesterday, it needs a little time ;p)
18. Have you ever learned anything new on LJ? Yeah, quite often in fact.
19. Has anything on LJ ever caused you to establish, rethink, or even change your belief or position on something? I don't know about beliefs per se, but things on LJ often make me think about why certain things are the way they are, and that helps me understand how certain things affect other people, and such.
20. How often do you respond / comment on other peoples journals? Sometimes... rather sporadically, actually. I'm a lame commenter sometimes.
21. Do you prefer to write in your Journal, read other Journals, respond to others entries, or get responses to your entries? I love all of the above, except I like responding to others slightly less, because I suck at it.
22. What's the longest you've gone without posting to LJ since the day you signed up? 9 days, in December 1999, when I was at my parents' house and didn't have internet access.

24. What is your favorite post you've ever made to LJ? I think probably my long-ass post about the LJ party last Feb. But I also enjoy doing Somewhat-Brutal Honesty Hour too. :D
25. What is your favorite post you've ever read on LJ? I have no idea. I'm obsessed with other people's lives, so it's hard to narrow down. ^_-
26. What's the weirdest or funniest thing you've seen on LJ? LMAO! I dunno, but I probably saw it when I used to read erik on a regular basis.
27. Have you ever specifically asked a question for people to reply to in your Journal (polls included)? Yeah. Just the other day, in fact.
28. Have you ever tried to play the "trace yourself back through friends from a random LJ user" game? I tried it for about 2 minutes and got bored with it.

30. Have you ever lied/fibbed in your journal? I can't imagine why I would have done so.
31. Have you ever had something mean said to you or been stalked, harassed, or got into an argument/flame war on LJ (or did it to someone else)? Yep, although it was a flame war only in the loosest sense of the word. (I am the most rational debater alive when I can type it out first! ^_-)

33. Has LiveJournal had any significant impact on your life? I think it has helped me be more open with myself, perhaps... I dunno, that's a tough one.

34. Who are your favorite LJ friend(s) and why? LOL! I love 'em all! The ones who post more often are my faves though, because I like having new things to read about each of you.
35. How many of your LJ friends are your friends in "real life" (you see them regularly)? Holy crap... there's a lot of them. A lot of them are people I knew RL that I told about LJ.
36. How many of your LJ friends have you actually met (but you don't see them regularly)? everybody that I spent any time around at the LJ party. :)
37. Have you ever e-mailed or I.M.'d someone you found on LJ? Yep! Although they seem to e-mail or message me first most of the time.
38. Of all of the people on LJ you know of, who is the most like you? I'm a big freak, so I have no clue. ::rotfl:: Amer's snarkiness, Suze's wackiness, and Mary's general attitude resonate with me on some level.
39. Who is the most intelligent or insightful person you know on LJ? I know multiple people who are intelligent and insightful, but in different ways that aren't exactly comparable.
40. Who is the most fun person you know on LJ? Probably Jess. Her random tangents are neat to read. :D
41. Who is your least favorite / most annoying LJ user or community (WARNING: ANSWER AT YOUR OWN RISK)? LMAO!!! I don't think I care enough about annoying users to actually choose one.
42. How do you USUALLY find new friends on LJ? Usually by poking through current friends and seeing who's friends with them.
43. Why are you MOST likely to add someone to your friends list: Because they write something that I find amusing, or because I know them.
44. Do you automatically add friends to your journal if they add you first? Not always... depends on the situation.
45. Do you care if someone adds you to his or her friends list if you add him or her first? It's nice when they add me in return, but it doesn't break my heart if they don't.
46. Are there any people's Journals (users / friends), communities, interests, or searches you frequent on LiveJournal that you DON'T or will not list in your user info page? Nope.

LOL! I guess I'll say Dev, Scott, and Mike. Any girlfriends or daters of the aforementioned people need not get upset though, cos I am very smitten with my James. :)
49. Who is the sexiest person you know on LJ? Uh, I don't think anyone really strikes me as "sexy" on LJ. I know way more chicks on LJ than I do guys, and chicks usually get ruled out because I'm so darn straight.
50. Have you ever fantasized about someone on LJ? Well, they weren't on LJ at the time I was fantasizing about them, but they are now... ^^;
51. Would you want to know if someone fantasized about you on LJ? Yeah, I'd be curious to find out who and what they had to say, provided it wasn't too freaky. :)
52. Would you date someone you met on LJ? Well, maybe, if A) I wasn't taken, B) they lived relatively close by, and C) I'm attracted to them. (duh)
53. Have you ever wanted to meet someone on LJ? Of course! A couple people were disappointing, but most have been way cool.
54. Have you ever actually met someone from LJ romantically (or otherwise) and hit it off (or not)? Nah.
55. Have you ever posted a naughty picture / post / story on LJ? Nope. Haven't felt the need to.

57. Do you use HTML to add extras to your entries? If no, do you know what HTML is? Yep. I've known HTML for 6 years, people! ;p
58. Is your LJ page customized (at all - even from template), template, or default? Yeah, and I also have an embedded journal design.
59. Do you usually use the WinAmp music detector, add you music manually, or none at all? I use it whenever WinAmp is on at home, but I have to add manually when I'm at work. (the non-OS X Mac client doesn't have the handy detection thing yet)
60. How well do you know the LJ features and how to use it (e.g. do you know you could edit or delete old entries, get live updates of your friends page, etc.)? I think I know it pretty well.
61. What is your favorite LJ feature? The friends page, of *course*. And the pink punquinheads are great too! :D
62. What is your least favorite LJ feature (one that you would change or delete if you could)? I don't think I have one, they're all pretty handy.
63. What feature would you most like to see added to LJ? I want S2 to come out already! ;_;
64. What moods would you most like to see added to LJ? goofy, zany, exasperated, mediocre.
65. "One day the directory will work again." How long until YOU believe until that day will come? (sorry brad, dormando & co. - you do a kickass job, but I had to put this in :-) I dunno, I don't often feel the desire to use a directory.

- The default one was just way cute... in the uncropped one I'm buried in stuffed animals. It's funny! :D
- Toes - I was goofing around with my digital cam, and took one of my nasty-ass foot.
- Nerdy - It's the only one where I have my glasses on. The glasses are only for the computer or for reading, so it's my Geeky picture.
- Jolt - My hand is covering the label, but I have JOLT in my hand, and Jolt *rocks*. This Jolt was even better because Susan gave it to me!
- Bird - another random picture, featuring my middle finger. For when I'm pissed off about things.
- Cute - it's of my PPG Bubbles plush toy... so cute! And Bubbles is the best Powerpuff, hands down.
- Thoughtful - It's an almost-profile shot of me. I needed a more serious pic.
- Leet - featuring my 1337 shirt, because it rules. :D And, well, it's a picture of my boobs, so I'm sure someone out there appreciates that. ;p
- Can - I'm balancing an open can of Mountain Dew on my head. Chosen because I'm always balancing things on my head, and it looks cool.
- Silly - I'm making a funny face, and holding a Konnyaku Jelly cup in my hand. Chosen because it's goofy and because Konnyaku is tasty.
