Directionally challenged

Oh, let's just stop collecting so much data that tells us so! But more and more families are suffering economically, you say? Well, let's not collect data to prove *that* either!
Ben dropped by The Job for lunch yesterday, and we went looking for a sushi place that I'd read a bunch of good reviews about. Of course, I didn't write down the address or anything, so we drove around to where I thought it was, wandered all around and didn't see it, and eventually gave up and went to a nearby cafe instead.
I figured I'd just remembered the cross street wrong or something, but when I looked it up again? It was exactly where I'd said it was! I biked over there on my way home, just to see, expecting it to be hidden away in some dark alley, but there was the sign for it, mounted right on the corner of the building. I don't know how the hell we missed it, but at least now I know it exists. XD
And oh, lordy lordy, I hate mornings. I suspect that my old coffee addiction from sophomore year may rear its ugly head again. Theoretically, my internal clock will adjust if I get up at 7am consistently, buuuuut, well, that never seemed to work for me in the past. So, yeah, I don't know about that. ;p
On a better note, OMG Dave's Killer Bread! I sampled some at the Farmer's Market last week, and it was effin' amazing! I need to use up that storebought crap back at the house, so I can buy Dave's by the ton. <3
Also, my request for IM wasn't completely vetoed, after all. I guess sysadmin has to do some firewall stuff, and then I'll be able to use GAIM/Pidgin. But, in the meantime, hit me up on Google Talk. (hooray for web clients)
Anyway, I'm off.
