I got up early today! I got to the office *before* 9am, even. Feel free to die of shock at your leisure.

xplo_eristotle gave me The Hookups for many songs that I can play here at the job, and for that I am *immensely* grateful. Woooo! Especially because of this song, which I don't think I'll ever get enough of. I think it's my favorite of U2's catalog.
I need to figure out a good place to go for lunch tomorrow, but I can't decide what I'm after. NOES :O Ben now works around the corner from me--David got him a job at his place of work--so we're going to get some local foodness. I really only have a slight idea of what's available downtown, though, and he stated no preference when I asked, so grrr. I am terrible at making decisions on issues that I am largely ambivalent towards, and y'all know how much I love food in general, so yeah, lots of ambivalence. ::laughs::
Anyhoo, I'm thinking I'd like to try something new-ish, but right now, that's pretty much all I know. ;p And not sushi, because I'm a damned sushi junkie and I need to slow the heck down with that stuff.
Last night, I sent off a (really bad, quick-and-dirty) sketch of what I want my new silks to look like, with all the sizing info and stuff, so I *should* be getting some spankin' new silks in 4-8 weeks. Woo! If you're curious, the main body will be black, with mauve-y pink trim and sash. Yeah, it's nothing wild and crazy like they're doing in China these days, but it's different enough from the standard style, and *I* will also have MATCHING HAIR. Muahaha!
Speaking of matching hair, I'm going to give pink hair extensions a test-drive pretty soon here. Maybe tonight, because I'll be sitting down to watch Project Runway. Woohoo! :D
