For my fellow TV junkies out there: Top 50 Episodes of 2004. There are some WB crapfest shows in the list that I can't believe anyone would ever watch, but there are also some great ones in there. Lost gained the number-one spot with the Locke episode, so I can't discount it entirely. In fact, I think most of my current favorite shows get mentioned at least once, so, yay for them!
I'm still looking for people to do these things with. Anyone? Anyone? (Bueller?)
Anyhoo, here's one for the movie buffs: Oscar Nominees! I still need to see a lot of these movies, because I am deprived and sad, and my primary moviegoing buddy prefers happy-sappy escapist stuff over your usual Academy fodder. So, I'll reserve any commentary for a later date, I guess. I'm totally rooting for Clive, though. And Jamie Foxx and Don Cheadle, too.
I have what will be my final lifting appointment this evening, and I'm a little sad. My trainer went out of her way to thank me for sticking with her and with the program at our last appointment, and she offered to work with me once for free (!) with my next 5-session package as thanks. I haven't yet mentioned to her that I'm not re-signing, so the timing of that was a little weird for me. Gah. x_x Anyway, the money could be better used for other things, so I guess I'll be going it alone, for a while. Too bad it has to be only a month before my first tournament of the year.
( Which Naruto ninja am I most like? )
Oh, if only Jiraya had been on that quiz. I probably wouldn't get him as my top result, because, really, how could I ever live up to his level of perviness? ::laughs:: But he cracks me up. I'd rather have seen him on the quiz than, say, Genma. As of the last Naruto episode I saw, Genma didn't have much in the way of character development. Anyway, being Iruka or Kakashi is good by me, especially considering that, in my formative years, I was *such* a painfully-shy, under-confident, Hinata type. ^^;;
Anyway, break time is over, so I'm toddling off.
