aaaaagggghhhh

Yet another day of being plagued by The Curse, and it shows no signs of letting up. Blaaaahhhh. Of course, now most of the pain has moved up into my head, but it's still awful. I feel kind of light-headed.

I hauled myself out to a very short meeting for MiniJob, but I felt like utter crap, so I called in sick for the meeting with the startup. I still need a couple days to think about how I'm going to proceed with them. In truth, I only have about a week before their big meeting with the Chamber of Commerce, which is when we were going to discuss more regular payment terms anyway, so I guess it's a matter of whether I want to wait that long.

It's TAX FILING TAIMU! Let's see how microscopic my refund is *this* year. :p Well, never mind *that*. The online 1040EZ appears to not be working, and I tried it in multiple browsers to make sure. Bugger. :p

I dragged myself over to Personnel Source between my usual Tuesday afternoon drop-off and pick-up, to see what was going on with the online application I sent them, oh, a month or so ago? Of course, the online app was pretty worthless, because they had me fill another one out on paper. But, they asked me to come in tomorrow afternoon for some computer-based testing, so I consider that a good sign. My God, even if all I get out of it is temp work, I will be a happy little camper.

Anyway, that is *all* that we are doing today. Well, I'm doing some magazine stuff, but all that involves right now is sitting in the ol' office chair and typing. But, pretty soon I'm going to curl up in a blanket and try not to feel like crap, until my DDS shift at 10p. I'm storing up my creativity for tomorrow, because I will be doing phatty amounts of design/web work for the rest of the week.

And, I'm spent.

P.S. I *still* CAN NOT BELIEVE that Johnny Depp got an Oscar nod for Pirates! Granted, he was awesome, and he deserves the attention, but I figured the Academy would be too stodgy to even nominate him.
