So I stopped at The Way (Reen has me referring to Safeway like that now, d'oh) yesterday to get breadcrumbs, and muffin mix was on sale! So I got like 4 boxes. MUFFIN FRENZY!! ::rotfl:: Last night I baked lemon poppyseed muffins, and MY STARS, they're good.

Getting up this morning was less difficult than yesterday, so I am muchly relieved by this.

And break is over already!!

10:34 - Okay, I'm out of class now. And yes, I'm officially in the class. :D I wrote an e-mail to Craig before bed yesterday, kind of in a panic, basically saying that this is my last term, and I won't have another chance to take the course if I don't get in, so pleeeeease let me in, and that was about it. But I got in, so victory is mine!

I'm happy now--the class sounds like it'll be cool, and fairly useful to me, and I get to play with Director and some other interesting stupf! Excitement! And of course, there's also not having an early class on Mondays, not having to hike over to Millrace, and not having to take Experimental Animation anymore, which are also bonuses. ^^; And [livejournal.com profile] craftyran is there, too! It's always good to see a familiar face in the morning. :D ([livejournal.com profile] alleycatsphinx was in animation yesterday, so that was yet another cool point for that class environment)

And GRRRRR why can't I login to online banking?! Always when I need it most. :p

In other news, I sent my resume over to NCC about a web devving position, and they replied to me literally within a day! I'm kind of getting a sinking feeling that I might be passed over *yet* again due to my limited availability for the next 3 months. I told them I could trim down my class schedule if it would help, though. I'd also have the opportunity to learn and use Microsoft's .NET environment if I got in there, so I hope we can work *something* out... ^^;

Anyway, I have a paid psych experiment soon, so I'll be off.
My day is over, hooray! And ugh, I'm feeling all out of sorts right now. I'm 99% sure of the cause for that, though, so no worries. :) I'm currently trying to get up the energy to go exercise, but it's not really working. ;pppp I worked out yesterday, though, so I think I can just do some strength training today and call it even.

The paid psych experiment today was *terribly* tedious. It was similar to all the other paid experiments I've been guinea-pigging for recently, except that the wait times in the program were so... much... SLOWER. It'd flash one trial up on the screen, and then I'd practically fall asleep waiting for the next one. But I was paid for 2 hours this time, so I can't really complain. :)

Japanese went a bit better for me today. Kirishima-sensei seems like he might be a funny guy. I almost wanted to cry for the first 5 minutes of section, though, because on the first listening clip, they were speaking terribly fast. As in, native-speaker-fast! Kirishima-sensei said, "chotto chotto hayai," after playing it. Chotto?! I was starting to feel less retarded by the end of class, though, because the grammar point really isn't tough at all. I just have to get reaccustomed to listening and speaking again.

And for some reason, every time somebody says "DAME!!" in class, I think of Alyson's Crazy Okaa-san. LMAO!

I'm also kind of disappointed that there's no assignment yet in Programming For Artists. After all the scripting and coding I've done in my day, these first few classes are probably going to get tedious with beginner stuff. ;p I'm ready to start playing with things now!

Anyway, I should do some reading tonight, so I'm off!

P.S. Note to Self: Tomorrow, you must send money to ローレン!
