"Who throws a cupcake? HONESTLY."
Sep. 27th, 2003 05:00 amWow, guess I forgot to post earlier. Heh. Anyhoo, I worked at the Comet tonight, and it was 10000x busy, but I managed to deal.
As a random aside: Every once in a while, I'll be in the van, and some random rider (usually from Taylor's or a frat house) will be talking to us, and he'll say "fo' shizzle?" This makes me want to laugh my ass off, because my first assumption is that they're being facetious, but then I remember that they're being *completely serious* in the use of that phrase. Who uses "fo' shizzle?" and keeps a straight face? Honestly. ;p
And how ironic is it that I should start coming up with great ideas for a BFA project, *after* deciding to graduate with a BS *and* submitting all the paperwork for said BS? First, I came up with the thought of digitally drawing and/or coloring stuff for The Webcomic That Wouldn't Die, which was kind of a good idea. But then today, after playing one of the VGA-enhanced King's Quest games I recently downloaded, I did a search on AGS. This is, apparently, the game studio they used to create the updated version of King's Quest, and apparently you can make all kinds of Sierra/LucasArts-esque games with it.
In short: I COULD HAVE MADE AN ADVENTURE GAME. :O That would be the coolest BFA project EVER!
But, of course, these ideas don't come to me until they're far past the point of relevancy. Feh. :p
And, in other news, I am so, SO happy that the accursed week-long Roseanne marathon on Nick-at-Nite has ended. I don't think I ever found that show funny.
And, I'm off.
