"That's a pretty stupid thing to do during flu season!"

I am alive, and going to all my classes, so far. I ph33r the latter part of today, though, because I have to cram in a meeting with my art history GTF and time for my CIT homework, neither of which I can do here at the day job. :p That said, maybe I'll do some Minijob work between tasks, since I'm feeling somewhat more functional right now. And I could certainly use the $$$.

I actually had time to pack a lunch, so I'm having some leftover pasta, crusty french bread, and that fabulous spinach dip today. :D I'm so happy with the spinach dip, it even reheats well! I must get some artichoke so I can make more!

Last night was pretty ordinary. I looked over the grammar point I missed on Monday in preparation for the quiz, but then I didn't even get quizzed on it. :p I did my laundry, too, once I felt up to it, because I was getting down to the really worn out socks and everything. ^^; Buffy was so, so good, though. But... ( Yar! Here lie the spoilers! )

ALYSON WAS IN THE SAME ROOM AS INORAN! *And* she got his guitar pick! OMFG, I have no words... ::cries:: And yow, there was much Ken Lloyd too! ::melts:: That man can clobber me with a water bottle any time he wants. AFASDFLASKFHK!

So, yeah, I got ~5 hours of sleep last night after I got everything done... not quite the same healing power as my usual 6-8, but it sure as hell beats 3.

Uh, can't think of what else to say, so I'll toddle off now and heat up my lunch. :D

Stellar, baby!

Wow, this turned out to be a far more stellar Wednesday than I expected. :D

First off, the 3vil art history quiz that I was fearing was postponed to Monday, because we're still a day behind on the lecture material. W00t! So, I didn't have to cram in the meeting with my GTF today after all. And she also said that I was free to drop in on another discussion section, so that will help me catch up on things, too.

And then, when I went to my multimedia class, it was cancelled! So, I rushed over to the lab in McKenzie, and I've been plugging away on the CIT project for the past hour or so. Woo hoo hoo! I might actually get home before it gets dark today! ;ppp

Hrm, I thought I was going to get kicked out of this lab in favor of another class, but maybe not. Wow, I'm a lucky bum today. ^_-

There's some big poster stand out on 13th right now, and I almost bought a Shaft poster there, because, dang, it's SHAFT. ::rotfl:: But, eh, I'm still poor, and it doesn't really match the colour scheme I had planned for the bedroom. I guess the jury's still out.

Y'know when you're working with a new project or concept, and you're just breezing right through it, but you're not really getting any feedback from anyone about how you're progressing, so you start wondering if it's so easy because you're smart, or because you missed something HUGE in the doing of it? I hate that. :p

Tonight = Enterprise, and Junkyard Wars, I think. And probably some Japanese and/or Art History study. I'm finally starting to feel human again! Stellar!
