I got this one from Miss Mary! :O Fire away!

3 Things You Like About Your Body:
--my hair (I really got good hair! Too bad I'm low-maintenance most of the time. ;p)
--my face (I'll complain sometimes, but the features do seem to work well together)
--my boobs (hey, shut up! I think they're nice. :D)

3 Things You Hate About Your Body:
--my height (just 2 lousy inches and I might actually be able to reach things! :p)
--my weight (my appearance is not very indicative of my true weight. And I could stand to lose a few, but I'm working out, so that won't last.)
--my feet (too freaking big. 'Nuff said.)

3 Things You Like About Your Personality:
--my ability to see good in people (I seem to do that better than most)
--my ability to make people laugh/feel generally good
--my ability to be both silly and serious, but (hopefully) not too much of either one.

3 Things You Wish You Could Change About Your Personality:
--be a little more outgoing, but not obnoxiously so
--be less nervous when I'm put on the spot
--be more motivated, at times. (sometimes I'm great, sometimes I suck)

3 Things You Would Do With A Million Dollars Cash:
--buy a CAR! (a little green VW Karmann Ghia... my needs are simple. ^_-)
--pay off debts/invest in something smart (duh)
--buy something nice for each of my friends (something tailored to their personality, of *course*... that's half the fun of buying gifts for people!)

3 Things You Never Want To Do/Have Happen To You:
--I don't want to die slowly/painfully
--I don't want to feel alone
--I never want to seriously hurt someone emotionally again... yeah, probably wishful thinking, but I can try :)

3 Things You Want To Do/Have Happen To You Before You Die:
--Visit Japan and take in the culture and the cool J-rock CDs. :)
--Chase a dream for a few weeks/months (for instance, trying to get a role in one big musical or one cool movie)
--Graduate from UO with my freakin' BFA already! ::rotfl::

Do you have any piercings?: Just 2 in each ear
Any tattoos?: No, and probably not ever. (ow. x_x)
Do you like candles?: Yes, especially a nicely scented one.
Do you like hot wax: Sometimes it's kinda fun to play with.
Do you like incense?: Yep, so much so that I kept burning it throughout freshman/sophomore year even though it's against dorm regs. ^_-
Do you like the taste of blood?: Uh, ew? It's not terrible, but sheesh, I'm not a vampire either.
Fetishes?: I have random obsessions with little things that I *call* "fetishes", but they really aren't fetishes.
Biggest turn on?: A cute and nice guy who's a great big NERD! :D (oh yeah, and James. ;p)
What song is stuck in your head right now?: I For You by Luna Sea (yes, still. :p)
If you could get away with it and murder anyone, who and for what reason? I don't think I could seriously do it in the first place, and I don't think anyone's ever pissed me off *that* badly.
Person you wish you could be with right now?: I'd really like to see folks like Emily and Shannon, cos it's been far too long since I've spent any time 'round PDX. And Dana too, although that'd be a taller order cos she's further away. :(
What/Who is next to you?: my desk, printer, dresser, backpack, purse, mini-tv/vcr combo, etc, etc, etc. (I'm a clutterbug)
What do you want done with your body when you die?: I will probably donate any good organs, and then a nice burial/cremation in a place that's meaningful to me.
Do you believe in love?: It's hard not to, I see it every day.
Do you believe in soulmates?: Yes, although I also think there are several other folks you can be happy with.
Do you believe in love at first sight?: In one particular instance, yes, but as a generality, no.
Do you believe in Heaven?: I think I believe in an afterlife, but not necessarily "Heaven".
Do you believe in Hell?: Hell's a sucky concept, but I suppose I can get behind it if it's just about punishing truly *bad* people, and not just punishing folks who don't subscribe to some arbitrary religious dogma.
Do you believe in any of the following: Santa Claus, The Easter Bunny, The Tooth Fairy or Jesus Christ?: LOL! I don't believe that they exist anymore, of course, but the first 3 can be hella fun to imagine when you're a kid. :)

In the past 24 hours, have you...
Flashed someone?: No (this ain't Mardi Gras, kids)
Mooned someone?: No (see above)
Tried to kill yourself? No... O_o;;;
Tried to kill someone else? Hells no!
Told someone you hated them? Nope, I'm a hate-free kid. :)
Told someone you loved them and didn't mean it?: No, "love" isn't a word that should be tossed around all willy-nilly.
Taken a shower?: Yes, of course! (Stinky is BAD!)
Hugged someone?: Yep! I <3 my boys! :D
Kissed someone?: Yes... hello? DUH.
Been drunk? Nope
Been high?: Wasn't planning on it
Been in a fight?: Haven't been in one yet (by this I mean fistfights, btw)
Sang?: Yeah, but mostly when nobody was really listening
Danced?: I do a little jig whenever I'm feeling restless, but I haven't done any *serious* dancing.
Made someone laugh?: Yes... YAY!
Has someone else made you laugh: Yep :)
Had a philosophical conversation?: Not really.
Contemplated suicide?: Nay.
Wished on a star?: Nosirree.

Would you rather...
Be in the Mountains or at the Beach?: The beach is fun, but the mountains are more interesting. Plus: SNOW! :D
Have someone break up with you or break up with someone?: I guess I'd rather be broken up with, because in my own experience, being the dumpee has been way easier to get over than being the dumper.
Be caused physical pain or cause someone physical pain?: I'll take being the victim, even though I tend to have a really low pain tolerance.
Be alone or with someone else?: It depends on the moment, but I always like knowing that someone I like and/or care about is nearby, in the next room, etc.

Oh yeah

I had me some fun tonight, j0! I hiked around at Battle of the Bands earlier mostly with Sarah but also with Amber and Randy, and we gave out many many mini-flyers. I ran off like 300 this afternoon, and I have probably 20 or 30 left. We rox0red! A lot of the girls we tried to hand flyers out to were really snotty to us though, so after lengthy discussion, we decided that we could solve that by having Zach or some other reasonably hot-looking dude help us lure in some ladies. (I still think James is tops on the hot-o-meter, but I don't exactly think he'd go for the idea. ^_-)

After that there was much Werewolf playing at Douglass, and we got some newbies to play with us. There are some nice kids over there this year, from the look of things. (God, look at me, I'm calling them "KIDS"! So old... x_x) It was a good time, and everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. I'm glad I went, it's nice to be around new people, even if I do act like a big dork in front of strangers. ;p

We played some rounds, stood around chatting for a bit, and then we went our separate ways, and I came home to make dinner. (thanks for the chicken recipe, Jupey! :D) And then there was STARCRAFTING. (of course. ^_-)

And now, it is BEDTIME! :O G'night!

Mreh.

It's afternoon, j0. I had trouble sleeping AGAIN last night, even though I was exhausted all day long yesterday. Well, then I took that nap, but that should have just put me up to 7 hours of sleep total for the day, which is actually normal. But apparently, no, it fux0red my sleep pattern. Well, not that it ever *stopped* being fux0red, but you get the idea. Crap on a stick.

I am contemplating if I have enough time to work out before that thing at 2:30 that I'm supposed to go to. Probably not. Maybe I should wait until afterwards... but then I probably won't do it at all. Crap crap crap! :p
I managed to squeeze in that workout and still make it to the Week of Welcome thing. Sarah and I said a few words about the GC and got rid of the rest of our mini-flyer thingers there, it was easier than we thought. Again, the guys reacted significantly better than the ladies. Darn it all! :p Chicks just hate us, or something.

I ended up tailing Sarah to the lab after that, and we stood around jawing with the labbies for a bit. Holmstrom now officially rates as Hella Cool... he seems so much more laid-back and approachable after being at a normal social function where he's in attendance. Or maybe that's just me. ::shrug::

Now I'm at work. I was half-tempted to stay in/around the EMU and try out the wireless networking, but I didn't know whether or not it would work, so it's probably something I should do outside of my work time, for the first time around. ^^; I hope it works well though, because it would certainly be cool if I could sit outside in the sun and work at the same time. I don't get out enough, sometimes.

Homeward?

I hope so. It's 5:30, I'm hungry as all get out, and I want to go home. :p

Minor gripe: Tori Amos' new album Strange Little Girls is out, so people have been talking about it a lot on LJ over the past few days... but whenever they're talking about it, they refer to it as "SLG," which also happens to be *my* initials. So I'm all "hey! Somebody's talking about me!--wait, nooo..." It's annoying. :p
Salsa with little bits of corn in it kind of wigs me out. But it's also not especially bad either, so I'll eat it.

Chicks suck. Most of them, anyway. (I'm sure Alyson would *love* to help tell you why! ^_-)

It's nice sometimes to find out that a person who annoys the crap out of you also annoys the crap out of other people too. Because then you don't feel like such a bitch for it.

Boys are fun to look at. But if you have a boy at home that's more fun to look at than all the other boys, then count yourself lucky.

All I wanna do a zumma zum zum zum and a boom boom.

Time to go have some DINNER!! :O
