So today was Zach's birthday, and some of the posse, myself included, decided that it would be a good idea to do something for Zach. Somehow, in the whole planning stage, I wound up chairing the "Let's Distract Zach and Get Him Over to Douglass Without Being Totally Obvious" committee. ^^;;; So, Cory and I were totally awesome and came up with this elaborate scheme to get him over to our place, and when he told us that today was his birthday, we faked not knowing that it was Zach's birthday, and then threw together a VERY lame "surprise" party. ::rotfl:: He *TOTALLY* bought it as us just being really inept at throwing surprise parties, so when we got him over to Douglass, and the real party was all set up and waiting, he was like "wow, so I get two parties!" ::rotfl:: It was pretty schweet. >:D

Anyhoo, we had a fun time hanging out with people and playing Werewolf, and a good time was had by all, even though we didn't get anybody to strip for him like last year. I'm probably going to hit the bed soon, after I get some actual food in mah bellay, since tomorrow's Tuesday and I therefore have an 8am class tomorrow! UGH. I hate mornings.

I should keep a tally of how many times I say "I hate mornings" in my LJ this term... I must be up to at least 6 or 7 by now. ;p
I couldn't sleep hardly at all last night, so I got maybe 3 hours of sleep before it was time to get up. SO, since I already know everything there is to know about Photoshop (or at least anything that they're going to teach you in an intro-level class), I was a bad little monkey and opted to stay in and getsome extra sleep in a nice comfy bed, rather than going there and falling asleep because the first two weeks of that class are a friggin' cakewalk for someone like me. If this had been week 8 or 9, or even NEXT week for that matter, then I would have definitely gotten up for class, but at this point it's not a big deal. And the 3-day weekend screwed me up anyway, because if we'd had classes yesterday, then I would have been able to ease back into getting up early, rather than being smacked upside the head with an alarm going off at 7am immediately after a weekend full of late nights. :p

HA! Okay, I'm over-rationalizing. But it's all true and good, so pack it, shorty. ^_-

So yeah, I was positively exhausted this morning. Now I'm feeling better, and I made it in to work as normal. And, thanks to the extra sleep, I should also have enough energy to make it to the gym today! W00T! And this steak sandwich that I made today friggin' RULES. :D
Something from the news:

SAN SALVADOR (Reuters) - Salvadorans scoured through foul-smelling, black body bags on Tuesday trying to identify relatives as the death toll from Saturday's earthquake rose to 666...

That is seriously freaky. O_o
I have about an hour or so before I have to run off to choir. Isn't that marvy-pants? ;p It's a good thing too, because I have a vicious headache.

I just read a post about an interview with George W... the interview totally makes him sound like some 3rd grader going "nyah nyah, I'm president and you're not!" ::lmao:: This is really sad.

Amer has been asleep in front of the keyboard for the past 20 minutes. Everybody make fun of him!! >:D ::rotflmao::
Fametracker is such a fun web site. I don't agree with *all* their sentiments, but they definitely tend to rag on famous people that I also enjoy ragging on. :D But said famous people suck and have no talent, so it's all good. ^_-

I'm going to choir in a minute. Yay!

I want to use my toe picture, but I can't with this mac client. ::sigh:: Oh well, it's still way better than the old one!
I had an *awesome* workout today. I feel all lively and stuff now. SO, for all those doubters who thought I'd never get back on the workout wagon after the holidays, here's a big scr00 y00! ^_-

And yes, that actually *is* my very own middle finger. Perfect for those pissy moods.
