The guy who did my chest piece is Clae Welch, but he has a waiting list for a while. Craig is mostly open, though, and even managed to fit me in as soon as a month from now. He's just starting to make his own name locally, and I'm glad to see Clae help him with studio space and such.

I've got to talk to him again in the next day or so, and I'll see what he's up to schedule-wise, and if he's taking referrals (which I believe he totally is). I understand the standard quality tattoo rates for custom work are 120 an hour, which is what I paid for my chest piece. I haven't bothered shopping around, though, because I'd rather pay good money for quality body art than get it cheap and discounted.

I get back from China on July 6th, so the actual tattooing would be after that. As far as my current schedule, I should have some free time Wed-Fri this week and Wed/Thurs next week :)

As far as I know, Craig's schedule is pretty open in July. He's looking for new clients, so I'm sure I could arrange to introduce you and have you meet. I have to bring him a few examples of fonts for my lettering sometime soon. We could go together.
