Eating Well: Blecch. I was still pretty pooped out, and social stuff came up at the last minute, so I didn't have time to cook dinner. Boy made some pasta, but a big vat of refined carbs is not exactly good for the 5-a-day goal. Ergh, I'll do better from here on out.

Keeping Active: Back to wushu practice! Whoof. I definitely needed it.

Emotional Health: Well, the aforementioned social stuff was a good thing. Learning to do the social thing when I'm not in the most ideal headspace is something I'd like to nail down.

Other: Got all my pictures from the tournament posted! Huzzah!
