30DC Day 6

Eating Well: Made a point of including a lot of spinach in my breakfast omelet, bringing fruit for game session snackage, and having a big salad for lunch to get my 5-a-day. Also made awesome muffins with a healthy dose of flaxseeds, that may have been my best yet. <3 I did have some less-than-healthy snack food in the evening, but I'm usually much worse during long gaming sessions.

Keeping Active: My usual round of wushu. I really hope the soreness goes away ASAP.

Emotional Health: Gaming went well and I had fun. Feels like I'm keeping my spirits in good shape.

Other: I actually got up and got moving early enough to bake the aforementioned muffins for me and the rest of the gaming group, and a couple extra for Boy. Otherwise, today's goal was to have fun and enjoy the weekend, and I certainly did that. ;)

Well, I'm not entirely convinced about eating less meat, because I know me, and I know I'm likely to replace that with cheese or other rich food that's probably worse for me than the lean cuts of meat I usually choose. But, other than that, I am feeling pretty decent about things! :)
