After several days of waiting and only getting scam e-mails, I *finally* had a legitimate buyer call about Kero-chan. We're going to meet up so he can look at it tomorrow. Hopefully he'll take it off my hands for a decent price!
I trained for a while last night, and bled all over the place because the skin on my knuckles is so dry that it cracked whenever I did front-slap kicks or hammer fist. :p I've been moisturizing them, too, but apparently even that can't keep up with the freezing cold temperatures sucking the life out of my skin. Wooo. :p Ben and David popped in on me in the middle of it--they were at the Rec and about to go play racquetball--so I took them on for a couple of matches after I finished training. I think I'm getting better at it, although I'm not sure if it's improved racquet skills or just me moving around faster and better. I had zero racquet skills before, though, so I imagine it's the former, heh.
Anyhoo, today was day 2 of the workshop, and now I have about a month to fart around with Ajax and make something cool. I have potentially cool and useful idea for a webapp, so hopefully it'll turn out. And of course, I'll also design the bejeezus out of it--it's kind of my thing. ;)
It's good to have Ben back again, even though he was only out of town for a day or two. Yeah, I'm feeling sappy. :)
And in closing: why have airport security manhandling you and digging through your stuff, when you can just hop a fence and get on a plane? ;p
