It's VACATION WEEK, mother bitches! I can't possibly be emo when there's a 4 1/2-day weekend on my horizon. :)

I had a great weekend. I also played a holy assload of WoW and got Fiz up to lvl 50! :D That's probably good, because I may not get to play for the next few days, and I definitely won't be on during my trip.

What was also nice in addition to the massive catch-up on sleep and the hours of gaming--hence the Great rating, as opposed to the usual Good--was, in part, that I tagged along with

bookid to a $1.50 movie on Friday. We saw Bewitched, which was cute, but not so great that I'd have paid full price to watch it. The other Great thing was that we went to the County Fair on Saturday, had some deliciously junky fair food and biffed around the place, and Becci and I got our brains thoroughly scrambled by some carnival rides. I am grateful every day for my iron stomach. :)

Also, J's cousin had offered to detail my car--for free!--before he quits his job at the detailing shop and moves down to where his fiancee lives. He is apparently scheduled to move down to Stockton while I am gone on my trip, so they decided that this past weekend would be a good time to put a shine on my ride. It looks so much better now, inside and out!

We also now have end tables, that J's grandma helped pick out at a yard sale. They're actually pretty nice, and they'll likely turn out awesome once we apply some furniture oil to them.
