batskeetsWhere are some good places to go in Portland? For the purpose of entertaining a trio of geeky Japanophiles, two of whom have never been there before? In other words, something I'd be totally down with? ::laughs::

totchiko, so I'm open to suggestions. Especially regarding food establishments, because I didn't exactly get to sample a lot of local cuisine when I was living in the area.
Other than the question, I'm mainly posting to say WHEEEE I'M 100% DONE YAAAAAAYYYY! This weekend, I am going to vegetate like no man has vegetated before. Well, until James gets back and the giant housecleaning project rears its gigantic head. No rest for the weary. ;p The good news is, I don't have to go to the office on Sunday night/Monday morning, in observance of July 4th. I love a good holiday weekend, even if it does make my paycheck smaller.
Anyway, time to get my arse in bed!
