I know a good bit of Flash, but I didn't really learn it from books... ^^; I went through the Flash tutorials, and looked through online resources like FlashKit (http://www.flashkit.com/index.shtml). There are some books that deal with Actionscript (i.e. the programming language for Flash) in greater depth, so you may want to look for those.
