Today has been fun. :D I slept in and then relaxed for a while, and eventually a gaggle of us gathered at dynee and gmendel's earlier to hang out and watch Macross. I ate way too many dried cranberries, but they're too tasty. ;_;

As for the anime, I like it well enough, but I don't think I'm quite addicted to Macross *or* Robotech, having seen both. I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that they didn't shoot Minmay on sight during the first five minutes of the series, though. ::rotfl:: I don't think I've *ever* had a more violent hatred of an anime character. :p

Proposal: Since we're all accustomed to gathering on Tuesdays, maybe it could be an anime night, now that Buffy's not airing any new eps? At least until there are more Coupling episodes out on DVD, anyway. I have a good amount of stuff on VHS and DVD, so it's a random thought.

In other news, I've decided that, whenever I feel comfortable enough with my financial status to shell out ~$50, I'm going to get this scanner. Or maybe the next model up. I *love* Canon's slim designs. :D

Anyway, I'm going to end this now, because I have a monster headache. I think I gave myself a spot of eye strain from all the drawing and not blinking that I did yesterday. ^^;;

I still need to write a new 日本語 post, too, so hopefully I'll do that tomorrow. お休みなさい！::poof::

I have that scanner! It's cool, it's got a little stand so it can lie on it's side, taking up almost no room on your desk, width-wise. Of course, I never use it 'cause I just want my scanner to lie flat on the desk so I can throw stuff on it whenever, but that's ok.

I have the next model up of that scanner, the LiDE 30-- I'm very happy with it. It's very slow to scan, but the picture quality is very good, so it all evens out in the end.
