I officially have me a Duo jumpsuity thing now! Well, mostly. I have to take in the waist a bit because it's supposed to be narrower, but other than that, I'm pretty much done.

Yay QAF! It's the one where Mikey's still pissed and Ted is getting all of Brian's castoffs. Ew, Mikey's getting it on with that asshole chiropractor right now. VOMIT. >_<

So yeah, sewing was a good thing to do today. It doesn't really feel like Sunday though. But then again, tomorrow's not really a normal Monday either, because I DON'T HAVE TO GO TO CLASS! Well, one of them, anyway. I still have to go to Japanese, but that class always seems to fly by.

HOORAY! It's Brian and the gay teddy bear! ::adslfkhsafhlksa:: Hey Alyson, got any leads yet? ^_-

La la la. I should probably think about doing some Japanese HW now. We've graduated to the katakana chart, so I have a couple rows I should probably go over, at least before the quiz on Tuesday. Ja wohl.

And I'm off like a dirty shirt!

You did hiragana before katakana? That's interesting. I always thought katakana was a lot easier, and was a perfect precursor to hiragana. Hmm...

really? that's odd ^^;; I did hiragana first too.. I thought most people did.. just the other day my best friend was telling me that someone her mom knows learned katakana first and thought IT was easier.. and I was really surprised.. I'd never known of anyone who learned them in that order before then.. ^^;;

I'd think hiragana'd be the natural first choice.. since it's more widely used than katakana though..

True, hiragana is definitely more widely used, but knowing katakana makes learning hiragana easier. Plus, if you know squat about Japanese characters, katakana is a great introduction, at least I think so, since the characters are less complicated. I don't know, I had thought katakana would be the natural first choice...
