It's afternoon, j0. I had trouble sleeping AGAIN last night, even though I was exhausted all day long yesterday. Well, then I took that nap, but that should have just put me up to 7 hours of sleep total for the day, which is actually normal. But apparently, no, it fux0red my sleep pattern. Well, not that it ever *stopped* being fux0red, but you get the idea. Crap on a stick.

I am contemplating if I have enough time to work out before that thing at 2:30 that I'm supposed to go to. Probably not. Maybe I should wait until afterwards... but then I probably won't do it at all. Crap crap crap! :p

supposedly, and I've had this happen to me, so there's some anectodal evidence to it, if you nap for more than an hour it messes your sleep schedule up.
