So I spent the last few hours having a nice, lesiurely wake-up period, followed by some aerobics, pilates, and a bit of extra weight training for my flab-tacular arms. I'm feeling fairly energetic right now, but I think I've also burned up enough that I'll still be able to sleep at a decent hour tonight.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do later. Probably do more sketchbook work, since my portfolio's due soon, and probably also read more documentation for that accursed MivaMerchant software that I have to use for my second job. I still haven't come upon any section that tells me how I can change the product pages so they'll be laid out like the rest of the site. Bleh. :p Oh yeah, and I'm gonna make some teriyaki chicken tonight, because I've suddenly got an urge for such things. YUMMAY! :D

Miva Merchant sucks ass

I used that for the online store at a place I used to work that's now out of business (Coincidence?) and boy... what a pain in the ass.

It was an old version, I think it's changed quite a bit since, but I tell yah, it wasn't any fun. Everyday I threatened to scrap the whole thing and whip something up with mysql/perl/php. Eventually my boss gave up on the website so I didn't have to deal with it anymore.

I quit, doubled my salary, and they went out of business less than 6 months after I left!

Word... I'd probaqbly suggest something like that to my boss too, except that I have yet to accumulate any useful experience with SQL or PHP. :(
