Crazy me.

I got up at 6:30 this morning... I just did a Jane Fonda aerobics video and had a nice shower. And dude, Jane Fonda was quite the hottie in her day! She had a nice, curvy, non-flabby bod... a far cry from the "beauties" of today. Very cool. If there's anyone that young women should aspire to emulate health-wise, it's gotta be those in the health industry. They're going to know how to eat right and keep themselves in shape and energetic without looking like a starving Ethiopian child, and that's a good thing for everyone.

Anyhoo, I'd better snag some breakfast and go to class now. Geh! Hooray for 9 hours out of the house. :p

Heh, I suppose I should have said "those in the health and *fitness* industry"... I was thinking in terms of like, aerobics instructors and personal trainers and such. ^^;

And it's kinda funny that you should mention tiny doctors, cos most of my doctors have been average-sized to portly.
