LMAO Sarah, that article reminded me of my mother. She knows nothing about computers, really - besides the insides (not something one works with on a daily basis) and the motherboard and stuff, so when it comes time to install or delete or do some kind of windows-y thing, she spends an hour messing up the computer, trying to figure it out, but when she finally lets me help her I do it in 30 seconds -_-;
