Tonight was a night of gaming and movie-watching. Cory, James, and I decided to call Pony Express and have food delivered! I had a lovely Chicken Pesto Calzone that was quite filling. I haven't had as much appetite over the past day or two though, so maybe that's why. Also, David and Sarah made an apple pie and brought it over. It was tasty! I heart apple pie. They used Fuji apples too, which are one of my absolute favourite kinds of apples. :D They're nice and crisp, not so mealy and mushy like your average Red Delicious.
I spent my time post-eye appointment and pre-other stuff watching some Hana Yori Dango, and updating the Gamex website with the event schedule and such. I'm so jazzed. Gamex is turning out *awesome*... I was kind of apprehensive at first about my ability to take a leadership role like this, especially after all the stories of how nightmarish the planning stages were in past years, but it's going even better than I hoped. I'm also really happy that people have been so willing to help out... it seems like people are actually very eager to lend a hand, once they know that they're not going to wind up spearheading the entire event by themselves. LOL! In past years, one or two people have had to throw the entire thing together by themselves, and it wasn't really fair to those people to heap the entire burden on them like that. I like this method a lot better.
I think now is the time for sleep. Not as late as last night, which is a vast improvement. I need to watch more HYD tomorrow, or my head's going to explode.
