Ahhh today.

Damnit, I had too many errands to run today. Bank, store, Oregon Hall, and haircut, and register for classes. Oregon Hall was the worse of them all, in that it took even longer than the haircut.

As for registeration, that's a pisser too, because two of the classes I was going to take are currently full. I have a good hunch that the CIT course will have people dropping like flies within the first week, but the art class is less sure. Bollocks. Right now I have the other two classes I wanted, plus an upper-division Linguistics class that at least looks interesting and challenging, should I not get one of the filled classes.

I still want to take the intensive language course for Japanese over the summer. They teach you the entire first year of Japanese in approximately 10-13 weeks. That would be the coolest thing ever if I could take that.

Yesterday Sarah gave me an entire chocolate orange. How cool is that? People are cool sometimes.

It's a very cool thing to do. I took an intensive summer course in Mandarin. They covered the material from second year Mandarin in 7 weeks (8 hours a day with lots of homework, so it was pretty damn intense), and then we went to Beijing Univ. where we studied for another 6 weeks, and then we went on a week long tour of China. Fuckin' rocked. Of course I have now forgotten more Mandarin than I ever knew, but I would hope it would return to me faster than if I'd never studied at all. :)

i cant wait to try the new chocolate RASPBERRY flavor.. but uh.. despite it's raspberry flavor I think it still has the chocolate orange shape, thats a trademark ya know! =D
