Downloading Fireworks, because it's so much easier to do image slicing with it... and since Photoshop doesn't seem to give you pixel coordinates in any visible location, it's a *lot* more annoying to do it by hand. At least in PSP I could keep track of the coordinates to make sure all the pieces fit and were the right size.
