batskeetsHere I am, posting to my LJ for the first time, from my now fully-operational new computer, Inaho! :D 800mhz Athlon Thunderbird processor, 256MB ram, 45GB hard drive. I'm gonna pull my 13gig over from Shecky in the next day or so, and I have a Voodoo5 video card (64mb, buddy!) schedule to arrive by UPS tomorrow. Rawk! :D
What am I doing now? Well, I tested out my DVD drive and it seems to be kosher, although we have no sound... so I gotta poke around in the box and make sure I hooked the sound cable up right. ::groans:: But I'm stoked. And I got my first 2 DVDs in the mail today too. :D But enough babble... back to work!
