I am busily attempting to clear things off of my desk... ugh, when did I let these piles build up?
Had some good times last night. Went lap swimming for a while after work, and discovered that A) I'm a crappy swimmer, but my skills haven't deteriorated as much as I expected, and B) holy crap, I need to buy goggles if I'm going to keep doing the swimming thing. Bloodshot eyes are not fun in the slightest.
Saw the Devil Wears Prada, which wasn't quite what I expected, judging from what I'd read about it, but the high-fashion-y outfits were kind of interesting to observe.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
divadrummer had a get-together afterwards that she invited me along for, so we went to the Horsehead for that, and not only were her friends there, but there were also a bunch of people from the Job. I keep forgetting about the "Friday Field Trip" thing those folks do, and I'm thinking maybe I should go along for those this summer. (usually I have wushu directly after work)
Anyhoo, by some act of God, I woke up at 9am this morning. Figure that out. I'm going to go buy boxes soon, and maybe get lunch at Tasty Thai.
