May. 18th, 2006 05:15 pmToday has been a little nuts at the ol' jobbyjob. Fortunately, I got an earlier jump on it today, so it's close to over. Woo!
Weekend is looking pretty empty, thus far. I guess that's kind of okay. There's plenty that I should be doing that I haven't done yet, so maybe I'll get some good stuff accomplished. I'd say that I'd be doing that tonight, but I have to clean the kitchen, which is looking pretty explode-y, at the moment. ;p
The TV season is wrapping up, and I'm a little surprised to note that I kind of don't care. ::rotfl:: The Veronica Mars finale was so. Freakin'. GOOD. Seriously, why the hell are you people not watching this show?! Don't trust the ads, because it's better than it looks, and you can believe me when I say that, because back before first season, I saw the promo ads and thought, "damn, that show looks stupid." But lo, it completely wasn't.
House has been a nice way to unwind on Tuesday nights--yeah, I'm a sucker for snarky one-liners--and that's taking a break after next week. I kind of lost track of Survivor, just due to having no time to watch it, so now it's over and I have no idea who won, heh. I still think Shane is an effin' fruitcake, but beyond that? Your guess is as good as mine. Looking forward to July, when BSG and the two Stargates come back, yaaaayyyy! Until then, Doctor Who will have to hold me over.
Cool stuff may happen in the next couple of weeks, such as: skipping town on Memorial Day weekend (fingers crossed), a sailing trip, maybe a photoshoot or three that I might get paid for, if I'm lucky. I haven't done karaoke since last Wednesday, and I am craving it like nobody's business. (Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?)
