Well, p00p.
Nov. 24th, 2003 05:57 pmYesterday was kind of a wash--after getting back from the airport, I didn't really do a lot. I wrote about 500 words on Nano, guilted myself into working on my nihongo homework, and then didn't finish the homework and spent the evening knitting. ::asdlfkhadsflka:: Damnit!
Fortunately, I got up early enough today to get the nihongo report done, with pretty pie charts and everything. Victoly! ;p
Knitting was a bit frustrating, too, because my hands kept getting tired while working on the scarf. I tried to do a hat for a change of pace, but the instructions aren't at all explicit about what you're supposed to do (i.e. they don't tell you how to join the cast-on row), so I couldn't figure it out. ^^; Maybe I will commandeer
aleisha's book over the Thanksgiving break and see if it has any helpful hints. I don't have any good resources of my own aside from what's online.
After class, I made a few phone calls earlier, to get them out of the way, and went to the store, and now I'm back and wondering what to for the hour or so that remains before practice. I kind of don't feel like going, but it's probably going to be the only practice this week, so I probably shouldn't skip out.
I should really Nano. I got next to nothing done on it this weekend, and I am so behind that it's not even funny.
I hope they ship my Dr. Zoidberg soon. ;_; At the very least, he'll be there for my first long car trip (over Christmas break), but agh! I have to work out the logistics of attatching him up there first!
EDIT: Okay, I'm stupid. I just realized I forgot about tonight's JSO meeting. ADSKFADSLKFHADSLKH!! I feel bad, because I've been kind of sketchball about going since I first got sick. Sigh, next week, I guess.
