For those who haven't seen it: Somebody engineered an actual Tomacco plant! And I'm oddly unsurprised that the perpetrators are from Lake Oswego. ::rotfl::

So I'm in class, now, and I'm tired. (surprise) My back is feeling decidedly wonky this morning--I learned butterfly kicks at practice yesterday, which caused some interesting sensation in my lower back. I didn't hurt anything, but wushu has definitely made me use muscles that I'd forgotten I had. ;p

Anyhoo, I'm probably going to the third Matrix flick on Wednesday night, because the wushu kids are going en masse. We're dressing up in Matrix-y gear, even! ::laughs:: I guess this will help make up for my incredibly uneventful and costumeless Halloween. (yes, I'm still bitter)

Also: [livejournal.com profile] craftyran!! It sounds like we're going to start working on the actual project, so I'll be taking our Basic Stamp kit home with me today. You can snag it from me whenever, should the mood strike you. :)

My coffee is too hot! ;_; I need to start going to Dutch more often, or somewhere else with iced coffee, at least. I'm too impatient for hot coffee, it seems.

This is weird: other people in the room are talking about what they're taking next term, so then I went "yeah, what the hell am *I* going to take next term?" And then I remembered that there *IS* no next term for me! How bizarre. DONE DONE DONE YAAAAAAAYYY :D

Anyhoo, I'm out.

Hrm...

[livejournal.com profile] numfar: In case I don't catch you in person beforehand, could I possibly borrow your coat tomorrow evening? (the uber-nifty long black one??) I'm attempting to cobble together some Matrix-y gear, and I'm lacking a coat that's even remotely passable. ^^;;;

So, yeah, I'm trying to get out of my meeting tomorrow so I can go see the movie, because they opted for an earlier time. D'oh! But, seeing as A) I'm one of the employees who's been working there the longest, and B) I won't even be working at DDS for *too* much longer, I think I can probably wiggle out of it.

I am in dire need of a paper filing system. Between my freelance gigs, my gaming stuff, my bills, and my job hunt materials, the paper pile is starting to get a bit wacky. Jeez, I'd just like to store everything electronically, so it takes up far less physical space. ;p

Today we had to role-play phone conversations in Japanese, so we know how to call people properly. Lord knows when I'd ever use it, seeing as I'm not a fan of making phone calls.

I thought of something I wanted to gripe about earlier, but I've since forgotten what it was. Mreh! I think I'll take a nap.
