Damn, my skirt is TEH 一番. It's comfy and I like it. Or at least, I like it a hell of a lot better than the shoes that I wore with it. It'd be even better if I didn't have calves like fucking Popeye, but eh, that's not really the fault of the wearables. ;p
The meeting went along fine--I found that I was thinking along the same lines as the higher-ups, so that was good to hear. It's always good when you and the management are actually on the same page. :D And this week, I'll get to have 10000x fun putting PHP and MySQL to use on the actual site.
The weird bit, however, is that Jo isn't actually due back until *this* Thursday, so he wasn't in town for the meeting. So now he's going to be reporting to *ME* when he gets back, to find out what he should be doing. Oy. ^^;;; I'm still very accustomed to freelancing, and when I freelance, I do all the back-end *and* front-end. With this, I suddenly have to divide this up into tasks for two people, and I'm also operating under the assumption that, of the two of us, I'm the one with all the scripting, coding, and database management knowledge. So, I guess the design is probably not going to be so much my territory.
In other news, I am getting M4D CR4ZY H1TZ0RZ (::alsdfhasdfhaslk!::) at
The Negotiator, because The Big O is airing again on Cartoon Network. Oh yeeeah! Maybe the kids will send in some fanworks! I'm chomping at the bit for Season 2... I hope it airs soon. ;_;
Anyhoo, I'm thinking it's time to eat something, and then kick it for the rest of the day. I'm going to go along and help James find where he's going for an interview in an hour or so, and I still need to go to the bank. Other than that, I'm pretty much free. Woo!
