Freakin' Naruto. Because of the dialogue on that show, I've suddenly been prefacing my sentences with "Anou sa! Anou sa!" XD
So, I meant to get up early this morning and study for the writing assessment, but I didn't get up early enough. This is largely due to the fact that, even though I was trying to sleep around midnight, I couldn't fall asleep until much later because it was too fscking HOT in my apartment! It's still awful in here, because I think today is even worse, temperature-wise. God. I should put more aluminum foil on the windows--it'd look like a cave in here, but at least it wouldn't be so hot. :p
Speaking of the heat, it's good that we don't have to pay for the water bill in this building, because recently I've been taking two showers a day, sometimes three. I really don't enjoy this sticky heat.
Anyway, the writing assessment was okay and everything--I don't think I was quite as tuned in as usual, though. I think the Frewt Newts presentation yesterday triggered my usual process of winding down around this time, b/c usually I just have a bunch of projects due during Dead Week, and *maybe* one final exam. This term, however, features two final exams and all those *lovely* assessments. Geh, I have to keep the momentum going just a bit longer...
I went to the bank today after CIT, and came back, and it's been a pretty boring day. I missed the arrival of my Ignition mat, which bums me out. I have ~4 hours until I go to DDS. I traded with Tyler, bless his heart, so I wouldn't sleep through my assessment this morning. But wow, I really don't want to work tonight.
I attempted to do this survey a couple weeks ago while I was at the day job, but the stupid web client ate it.
