I randomly looked at my usage stats--the post prior to this one was LJ Post #5500. Wow, that's a lot of life. That's almost 1400 posts per year, people! Well, I am an LJ cheerleader, so I suppose I have a reputation to maintain. ::laughs:: I'm scary.

In other news, I just submitted my application to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Design. The act of doing so was really, um, strange. Graduation seemed completely surreal and a million years away until about five minutes ago. Now it just seems a bit scary. But also, very exciting, and a huge relief.

It's finally starting to hit me--I'm actually doing this. HOLY CRAP.

You'll have to excuse me; I'm just bored at work. Back to studying kanji.

So, I accepted the internship, even though I haven't heard back from the other job, with the justification that, if by some twist of fate I *do* get the job, I can just quit one or both of my other jobs, and the workload would come out about the same. That's a pretty BIG "if," though, so no worries.

For the remainder of today, I go to the bank to make a deposit, pay off my acount, attempt to order a cap and gown for August, study for Japanese, and attempt to make some mock-ups of the Frewt Newts box. I'm starting to panic, because we haven't set up a time to meet and work on the actualy point of sale display yet. I don't particularly *want* to do it by myself, although I suppose I could if enough paranoia set in.

Gah. Let's not think about that. I'm out.

No wonder I'm having a SLAVE moment-- it's 5/29 today. ;p That should have occurred to me sooner than it did.

My errands got re-shuffled a bit b/c James was out with the auto for a while. I wound up going to the bank and going out to Fred Meyer, and then to Jerry's to get some PVC pipe connectors. They weren't quite a perfect fit, b/c I had to buy male connectors to circumvent the threaded end of the connector, but they were good enough to finally put together that cool laundry sorter that James and I got for Christmas which was missing four of the connectors. :D I'm a winner!

I think my little "project" for zero week is going to involve doing a mass cleaning of the bedroom and finally rearranging it in the way I had planned out several months ago. God forbid I should, y'know, RELAX or anything. ;p

God. I don't want to take an exam in Japanese tomorrow. And I'm sick of being dehydrated, too. It's not *real* dehydration, but it's enough to give me some ripping headaches.

And when did it get to be after 10:30pm?? Aaaaaagggghhh!
