"Everybody's working for the weekend!"

I decided to take sort of a sick day/personal day, so I've been at home. When I woke up this morning, I was feeling really dizzy and overheated, so I thought it'd probably be a better idea to get some extra rest, rather than running around campus, maybe exposing people to some random germ, and possibly collapsing on the street somewhere. I may or may not go to work tonight.

Wow, I do feel tons better, though, now that the video project is out of the way. That thing loomed over my head like nothing else before it, and now that it's done, I'm just sitting here and feeling very comfy. Even though I do still have other things to do, they're not dependent on the sunlight, somebody else's availability, or any other factors beyond my control. And that's cool.

Anyway, today has been pretty uneventful, since most of it has involved sleeping or watching TV. So, I go now.
