So, I get over there and it's basically like, "Hi! how are you? HAVE SOME BEER!!!" ::rotalmdsfoasdfl:: I totally wasn't expecting there to be beer of any kind, because y'know, this is an ASUO-sponsored group and everything, but MY GOD there was a lot of beer. XD

The sad part was that the party started at 8, and I literally arrived at 8:15, and some people were already completely faced! Kana was kind of entertaining everybody for a while because she was feeling NO PAIN whatsoever. She cracked me up x10000. ::rotflmao::

The good news is that I might have found some potentially cool chicks to be around. W00t! :D We were talking a lot about J-rock, and although our music tastes didn't quite line up, we seemed to be of a similar mindset. Not that *MY* judgement was the best though, so I guess we'll see. ::sdalsdfkhaslkfha::

Oh yeah, and I talked to some guy who apparently likes japanese indies and ska and stuff and he helps host a RADIO SHOW on KWVA and plays J-rock on it!!! I guess he had my idea before *I* had it. LMASDFLKADSFLKH! *He* seemed to have my music taste, so I have somewhere to go if the vis kei ever starts to make me crazy. ::rotfl::

So, yes, I am fairly good to go =) I had a great time and got a ton of free booze and it was definitely worth my time. W0000t!

I'm feeling good this morning. Slightly congested, and kinda stinky, but I got exactly the right amount of sleep, so I'm ready to go! I don't know if I can make the game, though, because I just got up 10 minutes ago and I haven't even showered yet. Oh well, it sounds like I'd be going to it alone anyway.

ANYWAYS! I'm still feeling kinda groggy, so I think I'll toddle off now, and maybe I'll post more later.

This afternoon has been pretty nice. I've been catching up with some friends online, I snagged some fabulous songs on download, including a couple tracks by Due le Quartz, which Erin (from JSO) highly recommended. And I even had the house all to myself for a couple hours. That is freedom, my friend: an empty schedule and an empty house. :D

aleisha made a big dinner with some coaching from James, and we all sat down and watched Iron Chef. The theme ingredient was lobster for like the 10000th time. ::Asdflkasdfhla:: What's with that??

The down side? I have to leave for work in 15 minutes. x_x Bleeeeee.

I was feeling pretty manic earlier today, but I think I've finally calmed down to a nice, even keel. Good for me. :D And apparently we spanked Stanford at the game today, so wooo! It's about time, after the last few losses.

Anyways, I'm out for now... I should get ready to go.
