Emmys?? :O
Sep. 23rd, 2002 01:45 amI rarely ever watch award shows, but I watched the Emmys tonight because Conan O'Brien was hosting! :D I remember saying multiple times that they should get somebody cool like him to host, and it actually happened, so I had to tune in. The bit he did with Andy Richter was *hilarious*. Yay Conan! I hope they invite him back next year.
And wow, it seemed like the drama categories were overstuffed with people from the West Wing. Not that I really mind, b/c it's a very good show, and a victory for Allison Janney is a victory for all of mankind! ::rotfl:: But I kind of wanted CSI to take best Drama Series, because it's so, so cool. ;_;
In retrospect, I'm surprised that I haven't been more interested in the Emmys in past years, because I watch a *lot* of TV. (or at least half-watch, that being when I have the TV on while I'm doing other more important things)^^; But, eh, awards shows are kind of p00p, in general. Maybe I should just cut out the middle man and watch more Late Night with Conan O'Brien. :p

I found my slippers, after not being able to find them for like 3 or 4 months. Woohoo! I have happy feet now.
Gah, I feel like I have 10000 random and/or stupid things to say, but it's all in a big jumble, so I can't figure out what to actually post.
I am SO shutting up now. :D
