So the party was only a kindasorta party, but I enjoyed myself. I had a beer, and I played some games, and I finally professed to my secret respect for Dan's Ass. ::asdlfahsdlfkhasldfa:: (It's an in-joke, you wank, get with the program) And we all went out for some pretty darn good mexican food, too. Those refried beans satisfied a craving that I didn't know I had. ^^;;;;;;

LA LA LA. Hrm. I had other thoughts, but they seem to have flown away. I am trying to avoid Christmas shopping because I don't really have an attack plan yet. I usually have some idea of what I'm looking for with everyone on my shopping list when I make my first foray, but I haven't really gotten that far yet. I suppose that's in part because I don't see much of my family anymore. :( That's one reason to not take summer courses... greh. I'll have to think about that.

And I should note: I love the people I live with. They kick ass on many many levels. I doubt my life would be as comfy and enjoyable as it currently is if either one of them wasn't here. ;_;

I'm going to bed now, cos I should theoretically get up and spend a long time at the office tomorrow. SIGH. So it goes, my dears.

Bumpity bump bump

I've had a somewhat productive day so far today, even though I slept in again. I've already gotten to cross two things off my to-do list, and hopefully after a few more hours of at-home work, I will make it three. Maybe even four, if I feel like working on personal webbery later. Ooooo! Productivity! :o

It has been a pretty decent day. I'm done being irritated about that stupid wanker at greppy, so that's good. Of course, we all know that I can't hold a grudge to save my life, so my pissed-off state wouldn't have lasted long anyway. ;p I had a lovely lunch, because I stopped at Subway while I was out buying stamps. I'm generally relaxed and feeling good about being productive. I don't know *HOW* that happened, but I'll take what I can get.

This Mima costume bothers me. It's just... yuck. It doesn't seem to fit the way it should at *all*. And the wig is pretty heinous, too.

Beh. I need to quit looking at bad cosplay pictures, even if it *does* make me feel better about my own blecchy creations. ^^;

Anyhoo, I'm going to get something useful done now.
