Hey hey hey!

I'm awake. Ayup. But, I had to lay in bed for 10 minutes to wait for my arm to come back, because I had slept entirely wrong on it, so it was completely asleep. ::rotfl:: D'oh.

Yesterday was a nice day. DEETO o shimasu! James and I made it a date night. We had dinner out, and then went to a movie, and in between those we bought a couple DVDs that weren't on our respective Christmas lists, because James hasn't gotten to make any frivolous purchases in a while. James got some Robotech, so he's a happy camper now, and I find that it isn't that terrible either.

Y'see, the first time James tried to make me watch Robotech, I wanted to go to sleep REALLY BADLY. And when I'm *that* tired, my evaluation of anything and everything drops considerably, so I pretty much hated it. Last night I was actually awake, so it went a lot better. So yeah, note to all you folks: if you're going to subject me to something I know nothing about, make sure I'm well-rested. :)

Mrrrrr. I think it's time for a shower, and then, I don't know what. People are taking over my living room for RPing that I'm not involved in, so I may just hole up here in my room for a few hours.

Oh yeah.

I remembered while I was in the shower that there is a party at Chad's tonight. So I guess my day isn't completely empty, eh? Good news. :D

I'm trying to decide if I want to see Ocean's 11 or not. It looks like something I might be interested in. But Julia Roberts can die a flaming death. And Matt Damon deserves a good scorching, too. And George Clooney can also join them. Well, unless he's saying stuff like "Golly we're in a tight spot!" or "I'm the damn paterfamilias!!" because that's just too funny. (sorry Nik ^^;)

Hrm. Can't do video captures today because the living room is currently being monopolized. So, shall I finish the Evolution re-hash, work on the Outsourcing Project, or re-do the personal page from the ground up?

OR, shall I waste my entire afternoon by playing The Sims or something equally unproductive? ::rotflol::

Damnit, I just realized that I'm going to miss Queer As Folk. AGAIN. Well, unless I feel like hijacking Chad's TV and subjecting everyone at the party to it. But hey, it's all good. Watching Brian Kinney get it on with everyone is like pennies from heaven. Or something. ::adlskfhasdlkfhasd:: (and hey, has anyone noticed that like half of the Brian photos on the web have him dripping with sweat? ::rotflmao::)

Anyways, I got to talking a bit with Kris earlier, and he was supercool and decided to help alleviate my boredom by going to the cheapie theater with me. I picked up Dan and Amber on my way out the door, and we saw Iron Monkey. Woo! Kung-fu bad-assness. It was certainly worth my $1.50, even if it was originally released like 10 years ago. :)

Damnit, grep keeps pissing me off. Not only are they taking forever replying to my request for a column, but they gave me a POINT DEDUCTION for posting a link to a fansub page! And it was freakin Kodocha Anime, at that. Could there be a LESS crooked distro than them?? ::scoff:: Whoever s2kitty is, he/she must d-i-e.

Damnit, why can't my favorite boards come back to life so I can just post there and not waste my time tiptoeing around stupid SM.org nazi crap rules?? ;_;
