Tenacious D is in Portland on Nov 13. I wonder how much it costs? Or who's selling the tickets, for that matter. Fastixx isn't it, and Ticketmaster has Tenacious D dates, but not in Portland.

My hand hurts now. ;_; I had to lug these giant pieces of black posterboard back home from Millrace, and they were the thick kind that you can't really roll up, so I had one hand clinging to the top of the posterboards for dear life, and the other one to steer my bike. Ow.

The good news is, my draft review was smashing. The story is fine, and all Todd really said was that there were a couple shots I could revise to make them more dramatic. I do believe I even heard a few laughs from him on the panels that were supposed to be funny. So, I guess it worked, eh? :D

I think I'm going to head out to work now, even my hand still hurts. And then Japanese at 3! WAI!!

Update: D00D! Apparently the Tenacious D gig is part of a Weezer show! $27.50 thru Ticketmaster! I *so* wanna go. ;_; Any takers??

Mmm, designing.

It looks like I get to do some actual designing for work over the next couple months. Nothing hardcore and supercool, from the sound of things, but I'll take what I can get. :)

Japanese was fun, of course. Today we got to look at Japanese money (from 1 yen up thru the 10000 yen bills) and ask each other how much things on a menu from Subway cost. (TSU-NA wa ikura desu ka? :D)

I'm looking forward to going home. I have to go to the bank, then to Mr. Fabric Store, and THEN to get James a tank top! And I should work on the Heero Shorts Project, too. Or maybe not. Any excuse to say "Heero Shorts Project."

I'm actually starting to think that I could do a Zoltan outfit too, since I'm going to like 50000 parties, and I actually have the money! But I probably won't, cos I'm too busy/lazy. ::rotfl:: I DON'T KNOW. Oh well. :D

Would somebody please tell me who in the bejeezus Linkin Park is?! I've noticed a lot of people on my Friends page listening to them lately, but they seem suspiciously trendy and empty-headed. But if I'm wrong, do call me on it.

It has been a pretty standard day. I got virtually nothing done though, once I got off of work and did my errands. And that's... kind of a problem. I have a lot to do before Monday, and not much time to do it.

Bleh. Sunday is going to SUCK.
