Darn it all...

I'm probably going to have to go in to work over the weekend... timesheets are due Monday, and I've lost too much time not to, between being sick and all the insanity of the first week of school. Grah. I don't wanna. I seriously hope I feel better by this weekend.

I am GOING to work out tomorrow. It's so hard to get back on the wagon after being sick.

Oh, dude, the meeting about going to Japan on exchange is tomorrow! :D!!!! I'm way excited, even though I probably can't afford it, and James would likely have a fit if I tried to run off to Japan even for a summer. But wow, it would be *SO* cool if I could! And I'm probably not going to have a lot of unscheduled credits to throw around in the future, so I might as well learn the language by going there.

Wow, I just went back through the last 80 or so entries on my friends page, and there aren't any good surveys that I haven't already taken! That's just not RIGHT, man. ::rotfl::

I think I should consider going to bed soon, even though it didn't work very well *last* night. :p

Stupid parking nazis

I *HATE* trying to park anywhere on or near campus. They're such trolls, and they just *love* giving out tickets. I once got TWO parking tickets in a single day, even, and it was a moving out day! Jerks.

And over by Millrace, it's even worse. They don't even give *tickets* over there. It's either buy a parking sticker, or get towed to some place way out in BFE. I only need to park on campus maybe once or twice a term under special circumstances, and I'm not buying a $81 day-parking sticker for *that*.

I gotta be home between 12 and 3 to wait for the cable guy so they'll turn on our new channels. James will be happy to have Toon Disney. :D I get to start watching QAF on Sunday. Woo! It's a party.

Just did some stuff for work with the class e-mail lists. I think there are more in existence that I don't actually know about... we will soon find out.

I just figured out that tonight is the Survivor premiere! :O I had completely forgotten about it until they mentioned it in the Survivors LJ Community. O dear LJ, where would I be without you? ::dramatic wind blows::

I'm boggled by how few people are online right now. Da-yam.

The cable dude came by this afternoon, and now there are channels ahoy! You may now PH34R my channel-surfing fury. :D There will be so much to partake of! And when I see in the listings that a good movie is on, I won't have to bitch about it being on a channel that I don't have... because I HAVE THEM ALL. :O Well, except the freaky spanish channels, but I haven't taken any Spanish since the 5th grade, so who cares?

The TV is going to eat my soul. Yep, youbetcha.

I have to study for my hiragana test after I get home. I'm still kind of behind because of the days I missed last week, so I'm foggy on some of the characters. This test is going to kick my ass. But at least I don't have any other classes besides Japanese tomorrow, so I'll have lots of time to study then, too.

I am a silly girl. Back to work. :D

I finally fixed Inaho's internet connection! :D ::dances:: I swapped Shecky's ethernet card with the one that was in Inaho, and now it works fine. :D Now that I think about it, maybe Inaho's card got unseated partly or something, but I don't feel like tinkering with this crap anymore tonight. :D

Survivor was good today. It lacked the hardcore strategic stuffs that I like, but it made up for that with the incredible whining and total lack of outdoorsmanship on the part of the castaways. ::rotfl:: I feel kinda bad making fun of these people, cos I don't really know that I'd do any better than they're doing, but at least I wouldn't complain so much. So I guess I feel like that absolves me from any guilt. ^_-

Anyhow, I'd better go, because James wants attention. Zoom!
