Do you believe in God or gods? Yes, but the specifics of that god are very much my own.
Do you believe in the Bible or a bible? Not really. All the ones I've read so far have had little to offer me or my personal faith.
Do you believe in creationism? Hells no. :p
Do you believe in Heaven, Hell, or Limbo? Yes, I'd rather not, Kind Of.
Do you believe in reincarnation? Eh... not really. It's a fun idea, though.
Do you believe in the Apocalypse? Not quite. While an apocalypse is possible, I think it's more likely to come from human sources than from the heavens.
Do you know what an Agnostic really is? Yup.
Is there such a thing as a Soul? I think so.

(Philosophy)
Do you believe that man poses free will? Yes, I'm a big believer in the power of personal choice.
Do you believe in fate? Nah, we can create our own fate when we want to.
Is there a difference between Science and Religion? *Hell* yes. Most scientists I know of are willing to examine, explore, and modify their beliefs about how things work based on what they learn. Most religious followers that I've known and/or heard about aren't as ready to actually think about what their beliefs really mean, even in the face of facts and knowledge.
Is there an absolute truth? Nope. I like grey area. Nothing's absolute for *everyone*.
Is there a purpose to Life? Yes, it's the purpose that you choose.
Does the world exist? Sure. I'm standing on it. Philisophical fluff be damned!
Do you exist? Yep. See above.
Can you debate Aesthetics? Not really.
If the Soul exists is it the unique condition of man/consciousness? I think so. Soul to me implies a certain activity and mental acuity in the person and spirit.

(Politics)
Can Communism work in this century? Doubtful. There are a lot of jerks in the world who'd be happy to screw it all up.
Can Anarchy ever work? Uh, define "work." It's a pretty scary idea to me.
Can pacifism ever work? I doubt it'll ever work completely on a person-to-person basis, but in a political sense, I think it's possible.
Is America a Democracy? Perhaps in a loose sense.
Is America a Republic? Not really.
Is America a totalitarian state? Not at the moment.
Do you trust the government? I don't really trust them not to be stupid/self-serving, but then, I don't really trust *most* people to not be stupid.
Do you trust citizens of the US? Sure, why not? I trust most people until they give me a reason not to. (or until my gut gives me a reason not to, since I have a certain sense about people)
Should there be a draft in times of great need? No. I don't see how forcing people to support the country helps anything, because if they cared about it enough, they'd have volunteered alreadyh.
Do politicians/lawyers have Souls? As much as we might like to doubt it, they probably do.

(Science)
Will artificial intelligence ever happen? Sure!
Are machines better than biology? Certainly not at this point in time.
Is Biology just a complex machine? There's a definite science to it, but biological things don't quite seem mechanical. Call me crazy.
Will Humanity engage in genetic engineering on mass scale? Probably for a little while anyway.
Should Humanity engage in genetic engineering on mass scale? No, imposing a supposed "perfection" on people via genetics isn't right. As if our society doesn't obsess about perfection enough already?
Will man travel faster than light? YES! WARP SPEED, MR. SULU! :D
Will man destroy himself? In all probability... but I think it's a long way off.
Will Science ever find the Soul? No, I think soul is something that transcends explanation, much like a deity.

(Sex)
Is there an advantage to one Sex over the other? Nope. Any advantages are balanced out by some other disadvantage.
If you could choose your Sex from birth would you switch? No, because then I'd be gay, and be subject to even more harassment and ridicule. ;p
Should Women be allowed in Combat? If they have the desire and the ability, then why the hell not?
Should Homosexuals be allowed in the Military?Again, why not? They can fight the good fight as well as anyone.
Is Homosexuality moral? Homosexuality is ultimately about love, and what's immoral about love?
Do you believe Love is chemical in nature? No, not completely. I think lust is quite chemical, but love is more about the mind and soul in addition. (hence why you can be sexually attracted to someone, but not want to spend the rest of your life with them)
Do you believe you have a perfect Soul mate? At the risk of sounding mushy, yes. It's hard to disprove the concept when I may have already found my own personal example. :)

If you can believe it, I got up at 6:30 this morning. 6-FRIGGIN-THIRTY. I am *so* exhausted right now, especially since I couldn't fall asleep until after 2am or so. I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight. I'd better be able to sleep tonight, or I'm going to be PISSED OFF. All I want is some decent sleep. ;_;

Note to self: no long naps this afternoon!

So I'm in class right now, but we're on break because it's a 3 hour class. And I, of course, have no complaints about break time in front of a computer. Me = GREAT BIG NERD! This class may be good. I'll get to use my digital cam a lot from the sound of things. The only lame part so far is the fact that we're going to be printing out many assignments, and we'll thusly have to use that glossy photo-type printer paper, and that stuff costs a buttload. I'm such a cheap-ass.

I want class to end so I can go on wireless at the EMU. Kero-chan NEEDS LOVE! :O

Nummy nummy treats!

GOD BLESS GREATFUL BREAD! Tuesday is Cheese Roll Day, and it's the *perfect* day for it, because Tuesday's my crappy early day, and the cheese rolls are soooo good that it can't help but improve my mood. :D We also like Mountain Dew. CAFFEINE! Coffee works better though.

So I'm thinking: the only reason I don't want to take the coffee I make at home anywhere is because then I have to save the cup because it's a nice plastic portable mug. So I put it in my backpack, where it then proceeds to drip coffee/milk/sugar all over my stuff.

So I figure all I need is a bunch of paper cups, coffee top lids, and a Java Jacket or two so I don't burn my hands off. Nummy, non-overpriced coffee in a container that I don't feel guilty about chucking in the garbage. Problem solved.

Of course, then I'd have to *walk* over to Millrace every morning, because carrying coffee while on a bicycle is just asking for it. Bleh.

Talking to people in foreign languages is scary.

I have to go to Japanese at 3. I'm sitting here running through the dialog practice in my head... although Forever & Ever just came on, so it's reeeeeally hard not to belt out the lyrics to that instead of "Sumimasen, Hayashi-san desu ka?" ::shrug:: I wish I'd started this language sooner, but hey, at least it's now rather than never. :D

The main part I don't like: having to talk at people in class all the time. I must smell bad or something, because people don't usually approach me for even the slightest bit of dialogue practice, and I'm too much of a pansy to go chasing people down. There's probably going to be even more of this in today's class, since it's small sections with the GTF. GEH. x_x I'll try to live through it.

We love wireless. :D

I'm typing this from the Fishbowl, buddy buddy! :D :D :D I tried the wireless networking earlier, but it wasn't configured properly. I fixed it, because I'm cool like that.

This is cool, so much more relaxing than the office, yet not as relaxing as home. (home is often *too* relaxing, and makes me not want to do anything. ^^;) So, I think I'm going to sit here and be productive, and head home sometime after 5. HUZZAH!

Side note:

The tables in this place are TOO FRIGGIN' TALL. How am I supposed to type when my elbows are practically even with my shoulders?
