Whee!

So I got stuff done today. The quilt square is frustrating me because it seems like it's going veerrrry slowly. That kinda worries me. It wouldn't worry me so much if I didn't have a job and shite to worry about, but I do, so I can't devote big chunks of time to my squares. ;_; They *will* get done though. They already look kickass and I can't just leave that lie!

Anyhow, aside from the whole work/projects stuff, I went out to dinner with some folks. It was Red Robin, so I got that funky caesar wrap thinger again. Everyone was lots of fun. :D I feel compelled to cook in the near future, though, after all these nights out... I gotta buy some chicken breasts sometime soon in order to do that, unless I can think of something cool to do with the porkchops or ground beef in the freezer. I don't have a lot of pork recipes, and I'm not the greatest fan of beef. Aside from an occasional phatty burger craving, I could totally live without beef. ^^;

In the continuing SC addiction, I once again enacted my Protossian reign of terror. Bwahaha! And then I tried to play terrans and, uh, sucked. I'm used to having buff ground units like Zealots, but the Marines just die, die, die. It's pretty weak.

And now, it's time to go to bed, so I can get up early and work out. Beefcake! BEEFCAAAAAKE! >_

Mmmm. Me like subway sandwich. *_* It's gonna be so sad when I go back to boring sack lunches again. SIGH. I also squeezed in a game of Soul Calibur while I was over in the EMU getting my lunch, and I *suck* now. I mean holy crap. Granted, I was playing Sophitia, who is not one of my best characters (those being Taki and Siegfried), but still, I only got to round 6! ;_; I have lost my edge, yo.

I've been talking about game stuff a lot lately, so you can probably tell what a lot of my truly free free time is going towards. LOL :) Just wait until next month, when I'll morph into Insane Yaoi Fangirl. Then *nobody* will know what I'm talking about! (well, aside from folks like Alyson and Lissa ::rotfl::)

Bleh, I'm starting to feel menstrual. I hatehatehate that.

Oh well, time to EAT. YUMMAY!

For the curious...

I've been embroidering for the past couple hours. DAMN it takes a long time. x_x If you actually care, you can sneak a peek at a bit of my Champagne Gold Supermarket quilt square. Not that you can tell from the pic, but the S is embroidered so it's covered entirely in shiny gold/yellow thread. It looks cooler than my crappy webcam can show.

I'm not sure if I'm going to embroider anymore or not today. I should think about eating, but I don't wanna. ::rotfl:: That means I gotta go out to the store and crap.
