Weird

For some reason my hit counts at Roger no peeji have been dropping, and now I'm getting higher counts at my Sailorpluto page. And I have no idea why, because, well, Big O is so much more interesting than Sailormoon. I love both shows, don't get me wrong, but you gotta admit, Sailormoon is significantly more fluffy. (I also blame the fact that Big O got rotated out of the Toonami lineup again, but that's another thing entirely)

I had a nice evening tonight. I got caught up on my homework for class, so I'm all set for the portfolio tomorrow. Hopefully she won't grade me down a lot for the days I didn't draw in my sketchbook due to being sick. The sketchbook is basically a free drawing environment that we keep separate from assignments, kind of like those written journals where some classes will make you keep track of your activities or some such thing. And you know, if anybody in the world could sympathize with the idea of drawing taking far more effort than a sick person can give, it'd have to be an artist, right?

Anyways, other than the homework, I went down to Felicia's and watched My Man Godfrey with everyone. I thought the movie was enjoyable (well, aside from the ending ::vomit::.) but also rather bizarre. After that it was South Park and then dinner at Lyon's. W00tie. :D

Anyways, it's time for bed now. Goombye!

If those farking jerks in whatever nearby apartment don't quit smoking their rank-ass weirdo herbal crap 50000 times a day, I'm going to get SO medieval on them. >:(

On a more positive note, I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who thought that the Big O theme was reminiscent of Queen's soundtrack from that cheesy Flash Gordon movie. Har! :D

Arghles

It's too early! ::whine:: I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. (surprise surprise) For some reason I had this annoying tickle in the back of my throat that was just enough to make m cough intermittently.

Livejournal won 2 People's Voice awards! Party. :D I'm glad, LJ is very deserving of the attention. :D I'm kind of disappointed that Dancing Paul won Personal Web Site though, I thought it was kind of dumb. Blogger may not be as cool as LJ in my opinion, but it was way more noteworthy and useful than Dancing Paul.

I'm also way stoked that The Onion and Google got awards, because they both ROCK.

Anyhoo, I'd better get moving. Grr, stupid 8am class.

Headache.

This morning has already sapped my energy... I have a rip-roaring headache right now, pain shooting through my eyeballs. If it doesn't go away soon I might take off for a little while and try to scare it off with a good nap.

To top that off, we had a nude model in class today, and we had to draw "gestures", which is basically where you try to convey the basic gist of the pose with a scribble. And she'd change poses every 5-10 seconds, so it was very frantic. I am officially fried.

I want a nap. I'm totally dead.

Damnit.

I've had this headache for over an hour, and it's not going away. And I simply can *not* work like this, when I have to squeeze my eyes shut every 5 seconds because they hurt. I'm sure my trying to stare at a monitor isn't doing them any favours.

So, I'm going to go home for a bit, to get some friendly headache pills, and probably a nap too. I feel rotten. :p
