Another uneventful evening... I'm still feeling icky, and a bit feverish, and I've been kinda trying to sleep but I keep getting distracted... James called again and that was nice. :D He says he probably won't get up here until tomorrow evening, but he gets to stay longer, so it all works out nicely. Plus, that gives me another 8 hours or so to start feeling better! ::lol:: Wish me luck, I'm honestly going to bed now.

I just woke up, and I'm tiiiiiired. This sucks!! I had a lot of trouble getting to sleep last night, but once I was out, I was out. I still feel kinda shitty, and my throat hurts. Hopefully it'll go away soon. The Good News: James gets here in 4.5 hours! :D :D :D

Yay for mail-order packages!

My burner got here yesterday, and I finally felt non-crappy enough to go down and get it today!! ::kanpai:: Now I gotta install it... loads of fun. All the upgrading I've been doing to my comp lately has been pretty cool, and a lot easier than I expected. And it is way too hot in my room right now. ::lmao:: Oh well.

SHAFT! (Daaaamn right.) So yeah, we went to see the Shaft remake, which was not so much a remake as it was a Shaft Jr. sort of thing... like Batman Beyond only less crappy. Of course, I never liked that damned animated Batman show, so never mind. ;p This is going to sound very piggish, but Samuel L. Jackson should have actually gotten chicks. They basically just implied that he usually gets the ladies, but he was just too busy for chicks at the moment. And I'm pretty sure that the original Shaft would never have been too busy for chicks. ^_-
