I just deleted a community that I used to maintain for that very reason. Odd thing is that I swear at some point in the past, I used to get moderator emails when non-members posted, and now that doesn't happen anymore, I just get Russian porn in my friendsfeed.

Yeah, I'm sad about its decline. However, I happen to be really interested in Russians (not so much their porn spam), so it is less bad for me than others. I'm guessing lots of people have gone over to Facebook. *sad*
